I’m Britta White, MSW, LCSW—therapist, coach, and infertility mama.
I spent three long, brutal years in my own infertility journey. I know the heartbreak, the anxiety, the constant scanning for signs, and the way infertility slowly takes over your nervous system, your relationships, and your sense of self.
That’s why I created Thrive Through Infertility with evidence-based tools that help women regulate anxiety, build resilience, set boundaries, strengthen relationships, and reclaim a sense of self—without needing infertility to be “over” first.
